The Company does not guarantee business results, revenue growth, lead generation outcomes, listing acquisition outcomes, or any specific performance improvements.
Client results vary based on numerous external factors beyond Company control.
Clients are solely responsible for how they implement or apply any insights, recommendations, or strategic findings provided.
The Company is not responsible for business decisions made by clients following consulting services.
All services must be paid in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
By submitting payment, you authorize the Company to charge the full service amount.
By purchasing consulting services, the Client acknowledges that the services provided are professional consulting services delivered through strategic analysis, consultation sessions, and diagnostic evaluation. The Client understands that these services constitute fulfilled service delivery once consultation and analysis work has commenced.
All materials, frameworks, consulting insights, and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of RKJ Media Solutions LLC.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.
The Company will maintain reasonable confidentiality regarding client information shared during consulting engagements.
Clients also agree not to share proprietary consulting materials externally.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RKJ Media Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services or website content.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
