The Authority Practice provides diagnostic consulting services that require reserved professional time and strategic preparation.
The Private Authority Diagnostic is a consulting evaluation service, not a product or ongoing program.
Due to the consulting and preparatory nature of services:
• Payments are non-refundable once service delivery begins.
• Service delivery is considered to begin once intake review, consultation preparation, or diagnostic analysis has started.
By purchasing consulting services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy prior to payment.
Clients may request cancellation before scheduling or intake review begins. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Clients may request rescheduling with reasonable notice. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule adjustments.
Missed scheduled consultations without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Completion of the diagnostic consultation fulfills service delivery obligations.
The Company reserves discretion to offer refunds in rare circumstances.
